Dispatch Times
Most online orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that larger orders and server racks require additional handling and dispatch arrangements. If delivery timing is critical, we recommend contacting our team prior to placing your order, as additional charges may apply for expedited handling.
Delivery Options
Metro Areas (within 50 km) – $20.00
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Non-Metro Areas (50–100 km) – $30.00
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Regional Areas (100 km+) – $50.00
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note: Shipping rates and timeframes exclude storage and shelving products.
Additional Freight Charges
Freight pricing is based on standard order weights. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy or bulky items such as cabinets, server racks, storage units, and oversized products.
If any additional freight payment is required, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.
Pick-Up Locations
Orders can also be collected in-store from the following locations:

Express Shipping
Express delivery is currently unavailable due to limited courier availability.
